About Mrs Niklasson

A 45-year old Finn married to a Swede writing about settling into her new life in south west London – a 30 day Bikram Yoga Challenge, standup paddleboarding (SUP) on the Thames and elsewhere, working, cooking and plain everyday stuff.

  1. Hey thanks for finding me and I’ve read your entire blog of posts on my train rude home yesterday. I can really imagine what you’re writing about as I think like that in my bikram yoga classes. I’ve done three now and an hoping to continue to make the most of my initial 20 day consequitive pass. I am definitely on a journey of self improvement and I think it’s going to make a lasting impact on my life! Anyway ill continue to read about your thoughts and your journey!

    • Wow, the entire blog! Thanks! My 30 Day Challenge has made me think a lot. Mostly things that have nothing to do with yoga. It’ll be interesting to see how the story unfolds. Let’s keep in touch through our blogs.

  2. Hi Anu, It is interesting reading your perspectives on the places I’ve lived and the various moves you have made. I find myself comparing your experiences of moving with ours – keep on blogging

  3. Hi Mrs Nikalsson, I loved your post about “every exit is an entry”! You captured it so well! We’ve had several of those exit/entrances ourselves. We lived in London for many years and I know you’ll find the climate more appealing and the people are wonderful. Wishing you all the best, Terri

    • Thanks for stopping by. Who knows you may put your mat next to mine at Bikram Yoga Richmond (www.bikramrichmond.co.uk) in South-West London soon if you’re headed this way.

  4. Dear Anu.
I loved reading about all your adventures, and your yoga achievements/challenges-it inspires me to do more
